Each week of our spring festival showcases different regions of the world, on top of the other amazing features of Dallas Blooms, which is one of the largest floral festivals in the southwest, with over a 100 varieties of spring bulbs exploding with color and 500,000 blooms that will dazzle you.

International Crossroads Village

Daily, 10am-3pm, Pecan Grove

Worlds intersect and become a festive place where guests can find and abundance of activities and entertainment from around the globe. Activities and entertainment change weekly based on the cultural theme.
February 24-March 2, France Week

We'll have the Alliance of France - French Culture Club on Saturday, Sunday, and Wednesday, along with snacks, arts activities and other entertainment throughout the week.


International Festival

Saturday & Sundays, 10am-3pm, International Crossroads

If you could not make it during the week, no worries. The International Crossroads will have an abundance of activities including live music, dance, cultural activities and vendors selling products that are unique from all over the globe.

February 24-25, France Week

Saturday, join Lorie Fangio, teaching chef and owner of A Taste of Paris, for an entertaining demonstration called, "The French and Their Cheese." Lorie will demonstrate how to craft an authentic French cheese board, show proper cheese service, and discuss the differences between American and French cheese.

Saturday and Sunday, we'll have a french mime to entertain guests.

Mommy and Me Mondays & Tiny Tot Tuesdays

February 24-April 8, 10am-2pm, Pecan Grove

Join us in Pecan Grove from 10am-2pm, every Monday during Blooms Festival, for facepainting, a petting zoo, and a 12pm interactive performance from KinderMusik.

Flowers of the World: Master Gardener Presentation & Tour

Wednesdays, 11am-12pm, throughout the garden

Join Master Gardeners as they talk about the flowers in the garden and from where they originate. Afterwards take a tour around the garden to see where these beautiful plants can be found and what makes them so special.

Arts & Culture

Wednesdays, 10am-3pm

Cultural communities from around the metroplex visit the garden each week to present their culture. Each week's activities include things like origami, calligraphy, dancing, or arts and crafts from different areas of the world.

Beverages of the World: Beer & Wine

Thursdays, 10am-3pm, Pecan Grove

Enjoy the surrounding blooms and cool pecan trees in the Pecan Grove. Each week features a selection of two beers or two wines from the week's region, available to guests, for purchase. The price will range from $6-$9 depending on the beverages offered that week.

International Market

Fridays, 10am-3pm

Each Friday we will host a number of vendors to create an international feel. Art, things to eat and drink, and goods will be for sale and cultural activities are included.

Live Music Lunches Every Weekend, Featuring Lee Harbargh

February 24 - April 8, Fridays 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays 11:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., DeGolyer House Loggia

Relax and enjoy a snack or meal as Lee Harbarg plays his soothing melodies.

Up, Up and Away: Photos of You Around the World!

Presented by Sky Sight Films

Daily, 11am-4pm, Pecan Grove

Using a life size hot air balloon basket and green-screen technology to superimpose the background, "Up, Up and Away" gives individuals, families and groups the opportunity to climb into a balloon basket and purchase a souvenir photograph of themselves flying high above some of the most beautiful locations on earth.

The Founders Garden Club Presents: Everything You Wanted to Know about Vegetable Gardening

March 10, 9:30am-2pm, Rosine Hall

The Founders Garden Club, a Garden Club of America member, is sponsoring a day to teach the essentials of planning, preparation, planting, growing and harvesting fresh vegetables, in a garden plot or containers. Weekend Concert Series - Droo's Peace Crush

February 25 and April 8, 2:00 - 4:00 p.m, Martin Rutchik Concert Stage

Droo's Peace Crush will be here to open and close Blooms 2018! Join the 6-man indie folk/power-pop band for their diverse sphere of influence and a truly unique sound.

Weekend Concert Series - DJ Richy Smart

March 17 and 25, 2:00 - 4:00 p.m., Martin Rutchik Concert Stage

KISS FM DJ, Richy Smart brings the jams to the Dallas Arboretum! Skip the St. Patrick's Day crowds and enjoy a mix of popular music with the best views in the city. Can't make it on March 17? He's back for another performance on Sunday, March 25.

  • March 10 (10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.): Behrnes Pepper Salts Tasting -Made in Texas. It all started with several chili plants in a backyard garden… What to do with all the peppers those plants produced? After two years of trial and error in our kitchen, we created four unique pepper salt blends; Habanero, Chipotle, Cayenne and Green Jalapeno.
  • March 10: Nancy Smith, author of Churchill on the Riviera, will be here signing copies of her latest book.

Early Morning Walks

Take advantage of your membership with an early morning walk. Refresh and enjoy the peace we often miss in the concrete jungles of our city. The Dallas Arboretum offers an escape where peacefulness is more easily obtained in the early hours of a morning.

Saturday Yoga

(Members Only)

March 17-October 27, 7am

Sunrise, White Rock Lake, the Dallas skyline and yoga. What could be more peaceful and refreshing? Yoga in the morning centers the mind, balances the body and jolts you awake with lasting energy.
