Large Group Auditorium Program
Pre-K – 2nd Grade
Our Wishing for Wings auditorium program the story of metamorphosis to life. Children will learn about insect characteristics, living and non-living things, their basic needs and the unique stages of the butterfly life cycle.
Our Nuts the Squirrel auditorium program introduces students to the concepts of seasonal change and adaptations, and habitats.
These engaging programs will bring TEKS related vocabulary and concepts to life for your students. Larger than life models, a puppet show, props and costumes make this an interactive experience your students won’t forget!
$200 first presentation for up to 100 children, $150 each additional presentation
Cultivate your students' science mastery with this comprehensive science program. Let us help you prepare your students for the science section of the TAKs test. This 4-step, all inclusive life science program includes:

Invite the Dallas Arboretum to make after-school a fun and active learning experience with hands-on activities and nature walks. Whether you choose a residency or a one-time session, your students will explore nature beyond the classroom walls. All programs are TEKS compliant.
