SEASON PASSES: ON SALE NOW THROUGH AUGUST 18!
Passes are $72 for adults, $30for children ages 3-12, and $27 for members of the Arboretum and their children. (Children ages 2 and under do not need a ticket or season pass). You may purchase as many tickets as your membership allows for general admission to the gardens. Season passes sell out quickly, so be sure to purchase them early.

Season Passes may be purchased either online, at the Arboretum ticket booth, or by calling 214-515-6519. Passes ordered online or by phone will be mailed to you at a later date.

You may purchase as many tickets as your membership allows for general admission to the gardens. Tickets to Cool Thursdays Encore concerts sell out quickly, so be sure to purchase your tickets early.

Tickets may be purchased either online or at the Dallas Arboretum ticket booth. With the exception of groups of 25 or more, tickets will not be sold over the phone. For information on ticket packages for groups of 25 or more, call 214-515-6519.

Individual tickets purchased online are not mailed. So, be sure to print out your confirmation sheet. This will serve as your ticket.

REFUNDS
Refunds will not be issued due to weather unless the show is cancelled. Concerts go on rain or shine! If raining, the concert will be moved inside to Rosine Hall, and the information will be posted on the website.
Refunds, if issued, will be for the face value of the ticket. Refunds will not be issued to season ticket holders.

LOST TICKETS/SEASON PASSES
The Arboretum is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets or season passes. If you loose your ticket or season pass you will have to purchase another one.

Concerts take place rain or shine, unless conditions endanger the safety of the artists and public. If at all possible, the concert will be held as planned. If an cancellation becomes necessary due to weather conditions, the decision will be made before show time.
