OUR GARDEN IS GROWING AND YOUR SUPPORT HELPS!
We need your help to strive to improve and to keep our standards at the level you have come to expect. Front gate admission makes up only 60% of our $10 million annual operating budget. That means we have to find an additional $5 million each year from friends such as you.

In 2011, we are doing even more than before:

• We educate nearly 94,000 school children a year in classes led by degreed teachers.
• We host more than 610,000 visitors yearly.
• We have broken ground on the seven-acre Rory Meyers Children’s Adventure Garden.
• The Nancy Rutchik Red Maple Rill opened this fall with over 80 varieties of Japanese maples.
• We announced plans for the Rose Mary Haggar Rose Garden just north of the DeGolyer home.
• We now offer new food service options throughout the Garden.
• Our concert list boasted a line-up of 37 concerts on Tuesday and Thursday nights.
• Our Plant Trials Program continues to be a worldwide leader in horticultural research.
