Designed by John Staub, the Alex Camp House overlooks lush lawns and the tranquil White Rock Lake. The Camp House is a fully furnished, white brick, two-story home with outdoor terraces facing the lake with art deco décor. The private entrance and dramatic circular drive accommodates valet parking for evening events. The entire lower floor, back lawn and terraces are available for rental for meetings, parties and other events. The dining room is perfect for the board meeting or retreat for 20 or less. Complete meeting packages are available. The library is an ideal spot for the private dinner or luncheon for 8. The back terrace of the house can be tented at the renter's request and expense. In addition, the lawn may be tented with a 40’x90’ frame tent to accommodate groups of 300 to provide a plan for inclement weather.
