Evening Wedding Ceremony & Reception Packages Includes:
- Complimentary ceremony site, adjacent to reception location, as determined by the Dallas Arboretum.
- Five hour rental, from 6:00pm -11:00pm with an event start time of 7:00pm.
- White garden chairs placed at ceremony & reception sites (excluding inside Rosine Hall, which uses banquet chairs).
- Guest and service tables (up to ten 6’ banquet tables, twenty 60” rounds at the DeGolyer & Camp House, and thirty 72” rounds inside Rosine Hall)
- Single point of contact Event Manager who provides set up consultation and coordination of facility management for set up on the day of event.
- Event Facilitator on event day who coordinates the load-in, set up and strike of the vendors and closes the event.
- Security provided by a Dallas Police Officer
- 45 minute rehearsal with event manager based on Arboretum contracted hours.
Additional lighting will be necessary during winter months depending on event time. Lighting starts at $900.00
A security/damage deposit plus a percentage of the venue fee is required at time of booking.
