Enjoy the convenience of hosting your wedding ceremony and reception at one of the most beautiful event spaces and premier locations in Dallas.

In addition to the incredible views and one-of-a-kind settings of our world-class display gardens, your venue rental also includes excellent amenities such as a five-hour rental window, tables and chairs, event manager and facilitator, and security provided by a Dallas Police officer. Pricing varies based on time of year:

Peak season months: March, April, May, June, September, October, November

Non-peak season months: January, February, July, August, December

The Alex Camp House is the perfect daytime reception venue for up to 125 guests.

Available 7 days/week excluding designated Garden Festivals and Public Events.

Reception Venue – Alex Camp House: $2000 plus price of preferred ceremony location
(Exception: Alex Camp House - $2500 total if ceremony is at the Secret Garden)

All daytime ceremony and reception packages include:

Six hour rental, from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Event start time is 10:00am.

  • 9:00 am arrival time, 10:00 am ceremony time, 11:00 am-2:00pm reception time, 3:00 pm departure
  • White garden chairs placed at ceremony and reception sites
  • Guest & service tables (up to 10 (TEN) - 6’ banquet | 20 (TWENTY) - 60” rounds at Camp)
  • Event Manager who provides set-up consultation and coordination of facility management for event.
  • Event Facilitator to coordinate the load-in, set-up, and strike of the vendors and closes the event.
  • Security provided by a City of Dallas police officer at an additional cost if alcohol is served
  • 45-minute rehearsal with Event Manager, scheduled during normal operating hours. (Gazebo venue does not have rehearsal.)
  • Must use one of the Dallas Arboretum approved caterers
