Creative Arts classes at the Dallas Arboretum give you an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a number of fun and inspired classes.

This three-day intensive workshop welcomes beginners and more advanced students for a focused, on-site painting experience at the Arboretum. Develop strong, fundamental painting skills and experiment with a variety of approaches and solutions to the challenges of painting outdoors. Each day begins in the classroom for lecture, group discussion or demonstrations. Working at various locations throughout the Arboretum, you will receive guidance and individual critique from the instructor. Artists can paint in oil, acrylic or watercolor paints. Supply list for oil medium provided upon registration. For other mediums please email for supply list.
