Your group or organization will thank you for planning such an amazing and beautiful visit to the exceptional Botanical Gardens that are always in bloom and ever changing. The Dallas Arboretum offers discounted tickets for groups of 15 or more. See below for scheduling information, pricing and options.

Concierge Tickets
Now bookable online! Concierge tickets are sold in bundles of 25 or more for a flat rate of $16 per ticket. These tickets have a 12 month expiration date from the date of purchase and do not require advanced reservations. Use these tickets to visit any time of year, such as during our amazing Dallas Blooms festival, Autumn at the Arboretum or Holiday at the Arboretum!
Additional options for purchase include:
- Parking paid in advance for only $12 per car; groups receive one complimentary bus parking pass
- Tickets to the Rory Meyers Children’s Adventure Garden for an additional $3 per person

Guided Tours
The Dallas Arboretum offers guided tours to enhance your Arboretum experience. With a guided tour, your group will walk the Arboretum with an experienced and knowledgeable tour guide who will provide information about the history of the Arboretum as well as information about the gardens and plants. Tours can be customized to your interests and the length of time you would like to tour. They can be as short as 45 minutes or can last up to 2 hours. While planning your trip to the Dallas Arboretum, keep in mind our busy festivals such as Dallas Blooms, Autumn at the Arboretum and Holiday at the Arboretum. All group tours need to be made at least 2 weeks in advance. Tours are $10 per person with a minimum of 15 guests. The Dallas Arboretum cannot guarantee a guided tour for groups more than 30 minutes late. Please call the volunteer office at 214.515.6561 if you are late for a tour.

Advance reservations are required for guided visits. Schedule your visit online or by contacting our Volunteer Team from 9am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday at 214.515.6561.
When calling or emailing to schedule your tour, please include the following:
- How many in your group?
- Two to three potential dates and times for your visit, in case your preferred date is full.
- Area of interest? Gardens? History?
- Are you traveling by bus?
- Contact information for the group leader, including phone number and email address
Confirmation
Once you schedule your visit, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on where to meet your guide and an invoice with the group tour confirmations. Please review this information carefully and notify us at 214.515.6561 immediately if you need to make any changes or cancellations.
Group Information
Tour Bus Groups & Organizations
The Dallas Arboretum is conveniently located 2 miles from both Interstate Highway 635 and Interstate Highway 30, with easy access and complimentary parking for tour buses. Bus drop-off and pick-up locations make it very convenient for large groups to visit. For groups, we offer discounted tickets, guided tours, and lunches as explained below.
Group Lunches
The Dallas Arboretum offers a pre-selected luncheon to groups of 15 or more who visit the Arboretum. A more elegant three-course seated lunch is also available. Final purchase of meals and selections of menu items will need to be received at least 72 hours or 3 business days prior to your scheduled visit to the Arboretum. All payments for meals must be paid in advance.
We offer two pre-arranged dining options for groups:

Additional Discounts
The Dallas Arboretum offers large groups discounts in other areas of the Garden as well. Take advantage of a 10% discount at the Hoffman Family Gift Shop offered to all groups (present your group ticket to redeem discount). Additionally, as a “thank you” for bringing your large group via bus, we offer free bus parking to all groups arriving on a bus or van.
