Dallas Arboretum Influencer Guidelines
About
As a Bloom Ambassador, you will have the unique opportunity to share your passion for nature, engage with the community, and help spread the Arboretum’s mission. Bloom Ambassadors receive media preview access, admission giveaways*, and invitations to Special Events*.
Please note that the Dallas Arboretum is a nonprofit organization. Bloom Ambassadors are mutually beneficial relationships without monetary exchange.
* Based on Followers and Engagement
Ambassador Requirements:
Ambassadors are asked to create high-quality, engaging content highlighting their visit to the Dallas Arboretum or special events, which the Arboretum may repost with credit. A minimum of 5,000 followers is required to participate; those with fewer than 5,000 followers will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Click “more” to view content requirements.
Photographers must post one or more photos within seven days of visit and tag the Dallas Arboretum on social media platforms.
Videographers must post footage taken at the Arboretum within seven days of visit and tag the Dallas Arboretum on social media platforms.
Bloggers:
- Content must include a detailed blog post, created on your website with photos taken during the visit.
- Blog posts must be published within seven days of the visit.
- Content must be shared across social channels that writers maintain.
Influencers/Content Creators:
- Influencers must post one or more photos/videos plus one or more stories/live updates on their social platforms within seven days of visit highlighting their experience at the Dallas Arboretum
- All content must tag the Dallas Arboretum and use specified hashtags if requested by the Arboretum marketing team.
Follower Evaluation
For ambassadors with significant followings, the Arboretum can offer ticket giveaways and additional opportunities beyond media preview days and events.
500K+ Followers:
- Complimentary admission and parking for you and up to five guests
- VIP tour of the garden*
- Eight admission passes for giveaways on social media
100K – 500K Followers:
- Complimentary admission and parking for you and up to five guests
- Eight admission passes for giveaways on social media
30K-100k:
- Complimentary admission and parking for up to four guests
The number of followers is based on Facebook and/or Instagram. A case-by-case conversation may be had concerning other channels.
