The Arboretum is closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.

The Dallas Arboretum is committed to providing you with the best possible experience during your visit. To ensure that you have a seamless and enjoyable time, the Arboretum kindly requests that all guests purchase timed admission tickets online. This allows the Arboretum to manage parking and crowd levels, ensuring a more enjoyable experience for all.

As a benefit of membership, no advance reservation is required. Simply present your membership card and valid ID at the ticket booth for easy access to the Arboretum. Please note that parking may be limited during peak seasons, so plan your visit accordingly.

The Dallas Arboretum honors discounts on our website only. Incorrect pricing and promotions by other entities, such as third-party sites, will not be accepted. Tickets purchased through third-party entities are not valid and will not be accepted.

Reciprocal Admission

For reciprocal admission please email reservations@dallasarboretum.org with the following information:

• A photo of your valid membership card
• The date and time of your visit
• Number of guests attending
• Zip code  

Early Morning Member Walks

Spring through Fall. Make the most of your membership and kickstart your day with an early morning walk in the garden. Refresh and enjoy exclusive first access from 7-9am. No photography is allowed during this time. 

Rainy Day Guarantee

We understand that rain can throw off your plans, which is why the Arboretum offers the flexibility to reschedule your visit! If the forecast predicts rain on the day of your visit, simply click “Reschedule” in your confirmation email to choose a new date. This pass guarantees a free return visit any time within the current calendar year, giving you ample time to enjoy the Arboretum when the weather’s perfect. Available for all general garden admissions, this rescheduling option must be used for the same type of ticket originally purchased.
