Join us for Pumpkins & Pints, a series of specially curated fall evenings at the Dallas Arboretum. Each night features its own theme, pairing live entertainment and experiences with a thoughtfully selected menu and beverages, all surrounded by the spectacular sights of our iconic Pumpkin Village. Each Pumpkins & Pints evening offers a different experience, giving you a reason to come back for more. Food and beverage will be available to purchase, no outside food or beverage is permitted.

Oct. 2, BBQ and Beer. Celebrate your first fall Friday with a Texas cookout under the fall sky, where the smell of smoked brisket, pork sliders, and BBQ drifts across the garden while you enjoy a cold beverage poured by Proof of the Pudding. When the music starts, so do you, with live line-dancing lessons that turn the Jonsson Color Garden into the best floor in town. Cap the night with a custom cowboy hat from Flea Style, because some nights you take home more than the memory.

Oct. 9, Texas Trail. Kick-off OU Texas Weekend with a delicious road trip across the Lone Star State without ever leaving the garden, from Southwest street tacos and Gulf shrimp skewers to grilled peaches and warm biscuits drizzled with local honey, all washed down with cold Texas beer. Live music and with beer burros and Highland cows and a Longhorn poses for the photo you will be showing off all weekend. It is everything you love about Texas, gathered into one unforgettable night among more than 150,000 pumpkins.

Oct. 16, Pizza Pours. Slow it all down with a laid-back evening of wood-fired pizza, fresh pasta, and dessert pizzas paired with beer, wine, and local pours from Lakewood Brewing Company. Frank Sinatra drifts through the garden, the photo bus is waiting to capture the moment, and the whole night feels like the kind of easy, old-school hang at your favorite local pizza joint Grab a slice, grab a glass, and settle in among the pumpkins.

Oct. 23, Oktoberfest. Raise a stein to the best of Bavaria, with bratwurst, warm soft pretzels, and German brews that make every toast land a little louder. Feel the energy build as live music fills the garden and the axe-throwing lane draws a crowd, then slip over to the flower crown station when you are ready for something more mellow. It is fall with a Bavarian heart and a whole lot of fun.

Oct. 30, Chili Cookoff. What better way to welcome in Halloween weekend than with a chili tasting that brings the heat, served with street corn, jalapeno poppers, sweet potatoes, and cornbread, and plenty of cold beverages to cool it back down.
