How do I register?
Guests can register by emailing molly@johnshorstravel.com. To guarantee your spot on the tour, which is expected to fill up, you will need to send a $2,000 non-refundable deposit to John Shors Travel.
How do I make travel arrangements?
Guests will book their own arrival flight to Vancouver, Canada, for Jun 12, 2025 and their return flight from Victoria, Canada, on June 19th, 2025. In terms of the arrival flight, it is recommended to arrive in the afternoon in order to participate in the group dinner. Departing Victoria is recommended on the morning of June 19. John Shors Travel will take care of transportation, including transportation from the airport to the hotel. Guests will be met at the Vancouver airport by a driver, who will escort them to our hotel. If guests would like to arrive in Vancouver prior to the trip or stay in Victoria longer, John Shors Travel can extend your hotel stay at your cost.

- Accommodations at two four-star hotels
- All transportation within Vancouver and Victoria

What is not included?
- Airfare to Vancouver and returning from Victoria
- Alcoholic drinks
- Activities during free times such as golf, spa, etc.
- Hotel incidentals such as room service, mini bar, phone charges, laundry, etc.
- Charges incurred if guests arrive a day early in Vancouver or depart late from Victoria
- More than 60 days prior to departure; $2,000 penalty (loss of trip deposit)
- Between 59-30 days prior to departure; 75% penalty, based on total tour cost
- Between 29-10 days prior to departure; 90% penalty, based on total tour cost
- 9 days or less prior to departure; 100% penalty, based on total tour cost
When is final payment due?
The final trip payment is due 60 days prior to the start of the tour.

Yes, please email molly@johnshorstravel.com for a full copy of the itinerary. Please note, it may change slightly depending on recommendations from local guides and availability, but it will still be in the same class of restaurants, hotels, and experiences.
