About This Event

Join us for a hands-on dumpling-making class where tradition meets creativity. You’ll learn time-honored dumpling-folding techniques as well as a stunning rose-shaped dumpling presentation that transforms comfort food into edible art. Participants will prepare thoughtfully balanced fillings—minced chicken with napa cabbage and green onion, and a vegetarian medley of carrots, zucchini, green onion, and tofu.
