TicketsAbout This Event
Step outside, take a breath, and discover how nature can transform your classroom! Connecting with the natural world not only deepens scientific understanding, but also boosts mood, sharpens focus, and improves overall well-being. In this workshop, educators will explore practical ways to use nature and mindfulness to reduce stress, reset attention, and create a calmer, more positive learning environment. Whether you have access to a school garden, a courtyard, or just a patch of grass outside the front door, you’ll leave with activities and strategies that can be used immediately with students while also supporting your own wellness as an educator.
