About This Event
Led by Yeli Marshall, Master Chocolatier and owner of the local company Yelibelly Chocolates in Addison. This chocolate covered, hands on class will leave everyone that participates with a chocolate smile on their face! Guests will learn how to make their own flavor infused chocolate ganache, sample the delicious chocolate and how to hand roll their own truffles. Each family will take home one box of 6 truffles that are made together in class. The class is mostly seated and suitable for all abilities. Book additional spots for each box that you’d like to take home!
