Chef-Tastic! Tasting Series
See how the pros do it and sample a small bite of the fruits of their labor as well! Renowned chefs, such as P. Allen Smith, take center stage in the demo kitchen at A Tasteful Place, creating special dishes featuring seasonal vegetables from the garden. Registration is required for these free events.

February is dedicated to heart month. Want to learn how to make heart smart choices without feeling deprived? Get all the secrets of a heart healthy diet that follow the American Heart Association guidelines. Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Cindy Kleckner will demonstrate how fresh ingredients and bold flavors can make a delicious difference. Heart smart substitutions to reduce fat, saturated fat, sodium, cholesterol and calories will be emphasized. Learn what foods and cooking methods are powerful allies in the defense against heart disease. You will be convinced that healthy cooking and taste can co-exist!
