Join Lorie Fangio, teaching chef and owner of A Taste of Paris™, for a Ladies Luncheon Feast. A glass of French Rose will be served to cast a glow on this special culinary event! Lorie will teach the recipes in this light hands-on class as you enjoy a 4-course meal.
To start us off, precious Tomato Basil and Gruyere Tartlets. Next up the adorable Birds Nest Salad with goat cheese eggs is sure to charm our guests. For the main course we will prepare decadent Ham Cheese and Asparagus Crepes drizzled with freshly made Hollandaise Sauce, served alongside Ratatouille Rounds.
