How do I send the gift membership after purchase?
Option 1: Click the “Share Voucher Via Email” link to send the gift activation voucher to your recipient.
Option 2: If you don’t have the recipient’s email address or would prefer to print your gift, click “View Gift Voucher” and print out the gift voucher to present to your recipient.
When does the gift membership start?
The gift membership will start upon activation by the recipient.
How do recipients get their cards?
Digital cards are available after activation and can be saved to Apple or Google Wallet. A physical card can be requested for a small processing fee.
Who can use the membership?
Memberships are exclusive to the individuals listed and are non‑transferable. Both named adults on a membership should reside in the same household. A valid ID is required at entry.
Do members need advance reservations?
No. Members may present their membership card and valid ID at the ticket booth for entry.
What about reciprocal gardens?
Your membership includes special admission privileges at 300+ reciprocal gardens. We recommend checking each partner garden’s admissions policies and any event exclusions before you go.
