Evening Ceremony & Reception

Enjoy the convenience of hosting your wedding ceremony and reception at one of the most beautiful event spaces and premier locations in Dallas. Choose from 15 different venues for your ceremony and 4 different venues for your reception.

Wedding Ceremony and Reception Package Includes:

  • Complementary ceremony site, adjacent to reception location, as determined by the Dallas Arboretum
  • 7-hour rental, from 5 p.m. – 12 a.m. with an event from 7 p.m. – 11 p.m.
  • White garden chairs placed at ceremony & reception sites (excludes Rosine Hall, which uses banquet chairs and A Tasteful Place, which includes oak chiavari chairs in the reception space)
  • Guest and service tables (up to twelve 6’ banquet tables, twenty 60” rounds at A Tasteful Place, the DeGolyer House and Alex Camp House, and twenty-seven 72” rounds inside Rosine Hall)
  • Single point-of-contact event manager provides set up consultation and coordination of facility management for set up on the day of event
  • Event facilitator on event day coordinates the load-in, set up and strike of the vendors and closes the event
  • Security provided by a Dallas Police Officer
  • 1-hour rehearsal with event manager, Monday – Thursday from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., or Friday from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m., according to availability (no weekend rehearsals are available)
