Evening Ceremony & Reception
Enjoy the convenience of hosting your wedding ceremony and reception at one of the most beautiful event spaces and premier locations in Dallas. Choose from 15 different venues for your ceremony and 4 different venues for your reception.
Wedding Ceremony and Reception Package Includes:
- Complementary ceremony site, adjacent to reception location, as determined by the Dallas Arboretum
- Includes setup and event time. Please inquire with a wedding sales manager for specific rental times at your venue of choice
- White garden chairs placed at ceremony and reception sites (excludes Rosine Hall, which uses banquet chairs, and A Tasteful Place, which includes oak chiavari chairs in the reception space)
- Guest and service tables (up to twelve 6’ banquet tables, 60” rounds at A Tasteful Place, the DeGolyer Loggia, and Alex Camp House, and 72” rounds inside Rosine Hall)
- Single point-of-contact event manager provides set up consultation and coordination of facility management for set up on the day of event
- Event facilitator on event day coordinates the load-in, set up and strike of the vendors and closes the event
- Security provided for after-hours events
- One hour rehearsal with event manager, Monday–Thursday from 9am–4pm or Friday from 9am–1pm according to availability (no weekend rehearsals are available)

Ceremony site choices: A Woman’s Garden, DeGolyer Pergola, Lower Meadow, McCasland Sunken Garden, Nancy Clements Seay Magnolia Glade
Pricing
Prices include valet. Tenting is available for an additional fee (January through mid-November.) From mid-November through the end of December a tent will be in place at this venue and cannot be removed.
