Information Booth Volunteers
Be a part of the team that welcomes visitors to the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden.
The Hoffman Family Gift Store is located just inside the main entrance in the Ginsburg Plaza. Training is provided for volunteers, including cash register training. Shifts are 9 a.m.-1 p.m. and 1-5 p.m., and help is needed seven days a week. During busy season the Gift Store stays open an extra 30 minutes. Your support is incredibly valuable to the Arboretum, as all Gift Store proceeds benefit our education and research programs.
Volunteers are positioned inside and outside of the Information Booth to welcome guests by providing maps, tips for enjoying the gardens, and information about the day’s public activities. Shifts times are 9 a.m-1 p.m. and 1-5 p.m. and volunteers are needed seven days a week.
